DELIVERY POLICY

CANADA & UNITED STATES:

Following payment for your order, it will be processed within 3 to 5 working days *except for personalized portraits. We use shipping services with Canada Post (USPS) and GLS-DICOM. Shipping time ranges from 2 to 7 days to CANADA and 4 to 12 days to the United States. Our shipments are scheduled exclusively during business days, Monday through Friday.

Enjoy free delivery on all orders over $75 before taxes.

  • We are not responsible for any delays that occur in shipping your order.

  • We do our best to keep our online inventory up to date, but sometimes an item you ordered may not be available. We will contact you as soon as possible if there is anything preventing us from delivering your order.

  • Orders within the United States may be subject to taxes or customs duties. Please note that costs associated with purchases are always the responsibility of the customer

CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER:

You can cancel your order at any time before it is processed by contacting our customer service in the 'CONTACT' section of our website.

However, once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

ABOUT RETURNS: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. For any further questions after reading this information page, please feel free to contact us directly via the 'CONTACT' box on our website.

ONLINE RETURNS: You may return any unused and in perfect condition product for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date you receive your order. In the event that the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or if an error occurred with your order, please contact us promptly.

REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM: The item receipt and its original packaging are required. The returned product must be in the same condition as it was when delivered to you. If you are unsure about the condition of the product you are returning, please contact us beforehand. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Upon receipt of the returned products, the amount of the item + applicable taxes will be credited back to the payment method used to place the order. A processing time of 2 to 7 business days may be required before the credit appears in your account.

Sale items and custom orders are final sale.

We cover shipping costs if the products you ordered are delivered damaged, defective, or with an error. In all other cases, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and packaging costs required to return an item.

The original shipping fees of your order are non-refundable.

If goods cannot be exchanged, we will refund you.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the goods do not meet our return policy.

In the event of a return on your part, we are not responsible for lost packages or packages sent to the wrong address.
