DELIVERY POLICY

CANADA & UNITED STATES:

Following payment for your order, it will be processed within 3 to 5 working days *except for personalized portraits. We use shipping services with Canada Post (USPS) and GLS-DICOM. Shipping time ranges from 2 to 7 days to CANADA and 4 to 12 days to the United States. Our shipments are scheduled exclusively during business days, Monday through Friday.

Enjoy free delivery on all orders over $75 before taxes.

  • We are not responsible for any delays that occur in shipping your order.

  • We do our best to keep our online inventory up to date, but sometimes an item you ordered may not be available. We will contact you as soon as possible if there is anything preventing us from delivering your order.

  • Orders within the United States may be subject to taxes or customs duties. Please note that costs associated with purchases are always the responsibility of the customer

CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER:

You can cancel your order at any time before it is processed by contacting our customer service in the 'CONTACT' section of our website.

However, once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

ABOUT RETURNS :

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. If you have any additional questions after reading this information page, please contact us directly through the 'CONTACT' section of our website.
 

ONLINE RETURNS :

You may return any unused product in perfect condition for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. If the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or if there was an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
 

REFUNDS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM :

A receipt and the original packaging are required. The returned product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. If you're unsure about the condition of the product you're returning, please contact us beforehand. The refund will be issued according to the original payment method. Once we receive the returned products, the amount for the item plus applicable taxes will be credited to the payment method used for the order. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
 

PLEASE NOTE :

  • Sale items and custom orders are final sales.

  • We cover shipping costs if the products you ordered were delivered damaged, defective, or with an error. In all other cases, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and packaging costs associated with returning an item.

  • The original shipping fees for your order are non-refundable.

  • If the goods cannot be exchanged, we will issue a refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the goods do not meet our return policy.

  • For any returns, we are not responsible for lost packages or those sent to the wrong address.
