Instructions (these are engraved on the back of the board, a handy reminder for use!):
1-Immerse the board under water for an approximate duration. of 1 hour.
2-Wipe off the excess water on the board with a cloth.
3-Preheat the barbecue to medium intensity.
4-Assemble the ingredients for cooking on your board.
5-Place it on the barbecue grill to start cooking.
